Your cost at a glance

  • Marketplace fee: a single percentage applied to the customer price that excludes any cash extras on the day. The fee covers payments, fraud checks, support, and marketing.
  • Card processing: included in the marketplace fee. No extra per‑transaction card charge to you.
  • VAT on our service: where required, VAT is charged on our fee only. You remain responsible for taxes on your own services.
  • Extras on the day: tickets, meals, or transport that the customer pays locally are outside the fee.

Your exact fee band is agreed during onboarding and shown on every booking. Most partners sit between 12% and 18% depending on volume, service level, and risk profile.

Example calculations

The examples below use a 15% marketplace fee for illustration. Your account shows your live rate on each booking.

Customer pays: €59
Marketplace fee 15%: €8.85
Operator payout: €50.15

Example 2: day trip with included tickets
Customer pays: €89

Payment timing and chargebacks
