2. How we use cookies

We group cookies by purpose. Optional categories are off until you choose to enable them in the banner or settings.

  • Essential: required for core features such as page navigation, secure checkout, fraud prevention, and remembering your privacy choices. You cannot turn these off.
  • Preferences: remember language, currency, and accessibility settings so the site feels consistent.
  • Analytics: help us understand how people use the site so we can fix issues and improve content. Data is aggregated.
  • Marketing: show you relevant products on Tours.ba and partner platforms, limit repeats, and measure campaign performance.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. Refusing optional cookies will not block you from booking, but some features may be less tailored.

Note: if you do not use a tool listed above, remove it from the table. If you use other tools such as Hotjar, Intercom, or Cloudflare Bot Management, add their entries with purpose and lifetime.

5. Respect for signals and local rules

  • We follow GDPR, UK GDPR, and PECR.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we set optional categories to off by default.
  • We minimise and aggregate analytics data, and we never sell personal data.

6. How to control cookies in your browser

Blocking all cookies may stop essential features from working, for example sign‑in and checkout.

7. Third‑party services

Some tours and maps use third‑party scripts. Where those load cookies, they will appear in the consent manager. We only load non‑essential third‑party scripts after you opt in.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our services or partners change. We post the new date at the top. If the changes are material, we will show a notice on the site.
